Job Requirements:

Open to candidates from any educational background Experience in the SPA & Wellness industry is preferred Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Proven leadership experience (must have led a team of 10+ members) Fast learner with good computer skills Language Requirements: English (Must), Bahasa Malaysia (Must), Mandarin (Optional but an advantage)

Day-to-Day Operations: Manage daily spa activities and uphold service standards Team Supervision: Lead and coordinate spa concierge and therapist teams, including scheduling and performance tracking Complaint Management: Resolve customer complaints across branches professionally and consistently Vendor Coordination: Communicate with spa vendors to ensure operational smoothness and quality Sales & Promotion: Drive service and product promotions, working toward outlet sales targets Inventory Oversight: Maintain stock accuracy and conduct regular inventory checks Equipment Monitoring: Ensure all equipment is functional and well-maintained Training & Development: Conduct onboarding and skill-based training for new and existing staff Group Sales & Events: Manage corporate and group bookings, from initial contact to on-site coordination

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
