• Minimum SPM or equivalent educational qualification.
• At least 1-2 years' experience in a receptionist/front desk/customer service or sales roles.
• Possesses basic proficiency in English communication.
• Have own transport.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Optimize scheduling for masseurs, efficiently managing bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.
• Provide excellent service by greeting, assisting, resolving issues, and offering product details.
• Build customer relationships to boost retention and repeat business through follow-ups, loyalty programs, and personalized offers.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote services through offers, partnerships, online campaigns, and events.
• Promote massage and nail services through upselling during bookings and cross-selling in-person.
