• Responsible for the daily operation of the Spa therapist including training spa therapist ensure standards are achieved and procedures maintained.
• Maximize profitability while achieving a high standard of service and level of guest satisfaction.

• Observe and enforce objectives, policies, standards and procedures.

Job Requirements

• Highly skilled and trained of Spa treatments: All techniques massage, facial, hair treatment, manicure, pedicue and waxing is an advance.
• Pleasant personality.
• Computer litertae, eg: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word.
• Ability to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Knowledge in Chinese dialects will be an added advantage.
