Key Responsibilities

As Spa Therapist:

Provide a wide range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body scrubs and other therapies according to established protocols. Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and sanitation in treatment rooms and spa facilities. Assess guests' needs and recommend appropriate treatments. Ensure guests feel welcome, comfortable, and satisfied with their service. Monitor and manage spa product stock and treatment room readiness.

Requirements:

Relevant certification or diploma in massage therapy or wellness treatments. Strong knowledge of various spa therapies and customer service. Well-groomed, professional appearance with excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
