Space Advertising Jr Executive
Job Description
Job Scope Required in handling space advertising across all MYDIN outlets. The role includes planning and identifying the advertising space with the most viable income to the company besides, managing and providing reasonable rates to current and potential clients, with the objective to grow MYDIN Group\'s revenue and increase the footfall to our malls, hypermarkets & various stores. Duties and responsibilities 1. Preparing Media bookings and gain approval from client\'s to increase company revenue 2. Handling any enquiry on space advertising matters 3. Informing client\'s on expiry /renewal of the space ads 4. Preparing reports on the income received from space advertisement 5. Liaise with vendors and suppliers involved in setting up the advertisement material (signboards/buntings/banners) 6. Work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials POSM, adverts etc 7. Arrange effective distribution of marketing materials 8. Develop relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external. Qualification/Requirements: Education-Post-graduate diploma / degree in related field Specialized knowledge. Skills-Microsoft Office Abilities -Problem solver, good PR, able to work independently. Professional Certification Experience-At least 1 year in related field
