About the Role

As a

Space Planning Executive

at SION, you'll help design spaces that balance functionality and creativity. You'll analyze floor plans, optimize layouts, and assist in transforming raw spaces into efficient, visually harmonious environments.

We're looking for someone analytical yet artistic, who can visualize how people interact with a space and translate that into practical design layouts that work.

Who We're Looking For | Qualifications & Requirements

Diploma/Bachelor's

in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field

is a plus, not mandatory

Familiarity with

space planning, layout design, or drafting

Skilled in

AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software

Good understanding of

ergonomics, flow, and design principles

Strong

organizational and teamwork skills

Able to manage

deadlines and project documentation

Excellent communication with designers and project teams

What You'll Be Doing | Responsibilities

Create and revise

floor plans and layout drawings

Conduct

site measurements

and maintain accurate space data Work with design teams to

develop functional and aesthetic layouts

Prepare

presentation visuals and layout proposals

for client review Ensure

compliance with design, safety, and accessibility standards

Support

project coordination

and ensure timely task completion
