Job Description
As a
Spare Parts Assistant
, you'll be part of our After Sales team -- managing spare parts inventory, supporting workshop for smooth operations.Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, organize, and record inventory incoming spare parts
- Prepare parts for workshop job orders and internal operations
- Maintain stock accuracy and cleanliness of the parts store
- Support service advisors and technicians with daily parts needs
- Ensure adherence of warranty policy and procedures
- Achieve service performance, CSI or any other measurable/non measurable target given.
- To comply on any procedure related to part's matters at service centre follow Perodua SOP.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM / Diploma (Automotive, Logistics, or related)
1 year experience in parts / warehouse (automotive background preferred)
Computer literate, responsible & detail-oriented
Knowledge of vehicle parts is an advantage
Possess driving license (B2/D)
Salary and comm based
