Job Description


  • To communicate with branch, sales, dealer, subcon for Spare Part arrangement/order/payment
  • To provide Spare Part inventory management skill
  • Receive and process spare part requests from various departments or technicians.
  • Attend to customers\' enquiries \xe2\x80\x93 walk in customer, phone call and others customer enquiries related to spare parts.
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to understand their spare part needs and priorities.
  • Receive payments and issue invoice, receipt for all transaction.
  • Assist in handling spare parts warranty claims.
  • Update sales report in system.
  • To maintain spare part department cleanliness in accordance of 5S practices.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM level and above.
  • Fresh graduates or having related experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Able to communicate in English is preferred.
  • Computer Literate with Microsoft Office is required.
