To communicate with branch, sales, dealer, subcon for Spare Part arrangement/order/payment
To provide Spare Part inventory management skill
Receive and process spare part requests from various departments or technicians.
Attend to customers\' enquiries \xe2\x80\x93 walk in customer, phone call and others customer enquiries related to spare parts.
Collaborate with maintenance teams to understand their spare part needs and priorities.
Receive payments and issue invoice, receipt for all transaction.
Assist in handling spare parts warranty claims.
Update sales report in system.
To maintain spare part department cleanliness in accordance of 5S practices.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
