  • Assist all customers (retail and shop) in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
  • Inform customers about companion parts, special offers, and ensure familiarity with the full product line.
  • Answer phone calls, provide price quotes, and offer additional information.
  • Handle invoices, process returns, and manage stock.
