WHAT YOU WILL DO

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

\xc2\xb7 Manages the timely, accurate and compliant processing of sales orders
\xc2\xb7 Assures timely and useful updates on orders to the internal customer
\xc2\xb7 Daily communication with internal customers including incoming calls, local business partners and all Business Service Center functional teams
\xc2\xb7 Work collaboratively to address stakeholder needs and solve stakeholder concerns
\xc2\xb7 Provide audit documentation as required and make sure the internal compliance policies are applied
\xc2\xb7 Execute Month End activities
\xc2\xb7 Partner with process owners to identify continuous improvement opportunities.

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
To be successful in this role, you will have:

\xc2\xb7 Bachelors of Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
\xc2\xb7 Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance, accounting or supply chain department of a multinational company
\xc2\xb7 Order Management experience is preferred
\xc2\xb7 Language requirements: English and mandarin. Korean optional.
\xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
\xc2\xb7 Strong communication, interpersonal, and organization skills required
\xc2\xb7 Advanced PC skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required
\xc2\xb7 Experience using SAP is advantage
