Description

Primary Objective:

• To support growth of SME Loan Assets, Approved &
• Accepted Loans, New Customers through : -
• Roll out new products and programmes/ enhancements to existing products and programmes
• Manage and maintain pricing plans & marketing campaigns
• Manage product innovation and competitiveness
• Manage resolution of credit, pricing and processing issues
• Management of Loan Operating System

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for product development and management of Program Lending - RHB\xe2\x80\x99s BizPower range of products.
• Regular monitoring and review of the portfolio to ensure bookings are of good credit quality \xe2\x80\x93 balancing against risk appetite and prevailing market conditions.
• To table and prepare necessary documentation in obtaining approvals / enhancement of Product Programmes. Ensure timely renewal of product programmes and campaigns
• Drive product P&Ls, ensuring meeting of product profitability vis-\xc3\xa0-vis pricing.
• Responsible to monitor product life cycle vis-\xc3\xa0-vis continued suitability of product features and innovations.
• Lead and manage UAT testing in relation to product enhancements
• Provide timely response and adhering to turnaround times for product related requests.
• Implement product related marketing and branding activities according to Marketing Plan \xe2\x80\x93 including defining and setting of business targets

Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree - .

• Minimum 3 years experience in product & Sales management in SME Banking or any related fields.
• Extensive experience in mass-market credit products, preferably commercial products. Experience in delivering P&L performance, portfolio growth and portfolio asset quality management

• Proficient in English
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer Literate
