Description Primary Objective: Ensure all unsecured lending product accounts being work properly using the collection tools given by management and achieve personal dunning, productivity, reduce flow down accounts into further delinquent bucket and Description Primary Objective: Ensure all unsecured lending product accounts being work properly using the collection tools given by management and achieve personal dunning, productivity, reduce flow down accounts into further delinquent bucket and push the accounts to current status as per targets within Scorecard KPIs in order to improve Pre Impaired/Impaired ratio, delinquency ratio targets and reduce flow rates in regards to unsecured lending portfolio products. Primary Objective: Ensure all unsecured lending product accounts being work properly using the collection tools given by management and achieve personal dunning, productivity, reduce flow down accounts into further delinquent bucket and push the accounts to current status as per targets within Scorecard KPIs in order to improve Pre Impaired/Impaired ratio, delinquency ratio targets and reduce flow rates in regards to unsecured lending portfolio products. Key Responsibilities: Manage unsecured lending conventional and Islamic (Credit Card/Personal Financing) customers under delinquent, Pre-Impaired, Impaired Loan status in using CARDLINK / ALS / DCRMS / IBS / TSSO / Auto Dialer Systems. Monitor individual output and productivity to ensure in line with Scorecard targets set (e.g. calls made, flow rates, ratios etc.). Daily controlling and monitoring of accounts to ensure ageing of payments and receivables are reduced. Respond to routine queries arising from customers via face to face contact, by letter, email, telephone including the determination to provide appropriate settlement arrangements with individual customers. Ensure that all collection activities have been followed in line with audit, compliance and security requirements by BNM and the Bank. Raise adjustment / maintenance forms for accounts such as transfer balance, close accounts, reversals, waivers etc. To ensure daily, weekly and monthly KPIs are achieved by individual. To recommend and consolidate cases for Field Visits / External Collection Agencies to follow-up. To recommend and consolidate cases for early cancellation and legal actions. Monitor customer's payment arrangements and take the necessary action when settlement arrangement proposal have lapsed. Where necessary, carry out any appropriate check to determine any reason for non-payment which should be considered before collection action is pursued. To recommend necessary legal action such as LOD / summons cases / straight ageing debtors through bank's panel lawyers. Propose any waiver such as waiver promo and discount for full and final settlement (T&C applies). To assist to manage other accounts under other collectors when needed. Support the Unit to implement Strategies, Plans & Policies to achieve the target/goals To assist Supervisor with other duties assigned. Requirements Requirements: Diploma - . 1 to 2 years' experience in collections and recoveries within same industry.
