Job Description
Predictive Technician is required to check the equipment condition by taking data of the operating condition with the new technologys\'s instruments. The data will be transforred into further analysis to under condition of the equipment and the possible cause of potential failure. * Learn to use different type of condition monitoring instrument for Predictive maintenance, e.g. vibration analyzer, Ultrasonice analyser, Infrared therma camera, thickness tester, motor circuit analyser & etc
- Daily on-site taking operating condition data of the plant machinery by using the condition monitoring instruments,
- To collect lubrication oul samples and replace lubricants when necessary
- Use computer to prepare analysis report when necessary
- Assist engineer to coordinate contractor works in the plant.
- To ensure the compliance with the safety and quality standards.
- Assist to check and adjust equipment alignment by using precision tools
- Assist to revise checklist and work instructn when necessary
- Sond knowledge of the mechanical / eletrical and scientific approach to analysis the machine failure.
- Good in identifying the root cause and provide solving technique
- Customer centric, detailed and merticulous
- Good planning and time managment
