Job Description

We are seeking a professional and proactive

Special Assistant to the Executive Chairman

. The ideal candidate is confident, well-presented, and experienced in handling executive-level support, communication, and coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide full administrative and operational support to the Executive Chairman Manage scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external partners in a professional manner Assist in event coordination, public relations activities, and hospitality arrangements Handle confidential information with a high degree of discretion
Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in any related field Background or experience in Public Relations, HR Administration, Travel, or Hotel Management preferred Excellent personality, communication, and PR skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Willing to travel domestic and international Golf skills will be considered an advantage
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
