Guru Xcelerator is focused in providing early intervention through specially designed education enrichment program to children with mild Autism/ Global Development Delay and other learning and behavioral difficulties. We are not a special school, our focus is to help and give opportunity to special children on case by case basis to integrate into normal school curriculum and achieve academic performance. We are looking for a team player to be part of our pioneer education team to conduct assessment and research, design, review and implement a new education program for special children. Prior work experience is not needed but a willingness to learn and passion in the field of early learning and intervention is a must! To excel in this role, you must be playful, creative and connect warmly to children. As a Special educator, you must have high levels of ownership and responsibility. You are expected to be independent, initiative and resourceful. To qualify you will need to meet the following criteria: - A minimum of Certificate/Diploma/ Degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology or Occupational Therapy or Special Education ( Candidates with no related qualification with interest in working with Children are also encourage to apply) - Work well under pressure and open to feedback - Value continuous learning and always looking for ways to do things better - An objective thinker and a clear communicator Your responsibilities will include: - Support child development through intensive play-based interactions programs with toddlers, pre-schoolers, school-going children. - Work closely with the team/parents to monitor progress . Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month Benefits:
