We are looking for SPECIAL EDUCATION NEED TEACHER Your role will be; \xe2\x80\xa2 Assess students current level of academic, skills, performance and their special needs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop Individualized Education Program for students. \xe2\x80\xa2 Implement IEP through special education teaching strategies and techniques to enable students meets their goals. \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan and conduct activities in a small group/ individual setting. \xe2\x80\xa2 Promoting social, communication and play skills of students through group activities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain accurate and complete record and prepare IEP report, students activities and progress. \xe2\x80\xa2 Communicate and present progress report to parents. The Ideal Candidates Should Have \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in ANY discipline but must have interest in teaching. Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education or Psychology or Education or equivalent will have an added advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 SPM/ Fresh graduate are encourage to apply. Value added for those have an experience in teaching 2 to 6 years old. \xe2\x80\xa2 Hardworking and responsible and have positive attitude. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong communication in English. Good command of Mandarin is an advantage.
