Talent Buddy Child Development, Therapy and Learning Center

is seeking for fresh graduate or an experienced special education teacher/early education teacher/Interventionist to join our team in Sibu, Sarawak. This is a full-time/part-time position where you will play a pivotal part in supporting and empowering students with special educational needs, helping them reach their full potential.

This role will provide you a good stepping stone if you want to pursue a career in child psychology, early intervention or in special needs education.

Your responsibilities will include:

Provide one-on-one and small group instruction to students with a range of special needs Collaborate with parents, therapists, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student development Develop and implement individualised education plans to address the unique needs of each student. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment that fosters growth and confidence Assist with the integration of special needs students into mainstream classroom activities Maintain detailed records and documentation to track student progress Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in special education

What we're looking for

Minimum Diploma or Degree holders in relevant field. (fresh grads are welcome) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with parents, therapist and professionals. Work well under pressure and open to feedback Adaptability and patience in working with students who have varying learning styles and needs Strong organisational and record-keeping abilities Passion for making a positive difference in the lives of students with special educational needs Value continuous learning and always looking for ways to do things better An objective thinker and a clear communicator Fluent in English. Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and Iban are a plus.

Pay: RM1,453.33 - RM4,853.23 per month

Work Location: In person
