We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Junior Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with children with special needs.
Conduct one-to-one therapy sessions with children with special needs.
Assist in developing and implementing individualized therapy plans.
Monitor and report each child's progress to the senior therapist or supervisor.
Support students in building essential skills, including communication, social, academic, and motor skills.
Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure consistent support.
Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment.
Assist in preparing learning materials and therapy tools when needed.
Diploma or Degree in Psychology, Education, Occupational Therapy, or any related field.
Passion for teaching and supporting children with special needs.
Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Malay.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and observational skills.
Ability to work independently and follow therapy guidelines.
Flexible schedule and willingness to adapt to the needs of the students and centre.
Experience working with children with autism, ADHD, speech delay or other developmental needs.
Knowledge of behaviour intervention strategies or special education practices.
