Job Description

Your Roles:

Conduct 1:1 or small group teaching sessions tailored to the unique learning styles, strengths, and needs of each student. Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the individual learning strengths, challenges, and needs of students with special needs. Maintain detailed records of assessment results, progress reports, and observations to inform educational planning and decision-making. Develop personalized IEPs to establish specific goals tailored to each student's abilities and needs. Plan and facilitate socialization sessions to promote social skills development, peer interactions, and community integration. Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress, achievements, and challenges. Stay abreast of current research, best practices, and trends in special education, assessment, and intervention strategies. Other ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor

About You:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Special Education, Psychology or Early Childhood Education Experience working with individuals with diverse learning needs. Strong knowledge of assessment tools, educational methodologies, and intervention strategies for special needs populations. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Highly motivated and passionate about teaching.
