The Special Officer will serve as the key support person to the General Manager, ensuring smooth execution of daily operations, strategic initiatives, and organizational priorities. This role requires discretion, strong analytical ability, and excellent coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison between top management and internal/external stakeholders.
Manage and coordinate special projects, reports, and assignments given by management.
Assist in policy development, planning, and execution of organizational strategies.
Conduct research, prepare presentations, and draft official communications.
Oversee confidential matters with professionalism and integrity.
Monitor progress of departmental tasks and ensure timely reporting to management.
Support decision-making by gathering data, analyzing trends, and providing recommendations.
Represent management in meetings when required.
Handle ad hoc assignments and urgent matters efficiently.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Policy, or related field.
3-5 years' experience in executive support, project management, or similar role.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business tools.
