Job Description

Our client is seeking a highly dependable, discreet, and proactive

Special Officer / Senior PA

to provide comprehensive personal and executive support. This is a senior-level role responsible for managing the CEO's personal life, household, and business affairs with the utmost discretion and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :



Personal & Household (80%)



Manage the CEO's personal calendar, family commitments, and special occasions. Handle

personal errands

including shopping, appointments, reservations, Europe travels arrangement from scratch, etc.

Oversee household matters

, maids, vendors, maintenance, and home renovation, etc. Manage personal finances, bill payments, and petty cash as assigned. Coordinate travel itineraries and logistics for personal vacations or family trips.

Organize private events

, dinners, and social engagements. Maintain confidentiality and security of all personal and household matters. Act as the point of contact for family members, property managers, and service providers. Handle ad hoc personal tasks and lifestyle management with professionalism.

Professional & Administrative (20%)



Provide corporate administrative support, including Company Secretarial document coordination, meeting preparation with the Boards, etc. Work closely with Top Management & Key Stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations. Assist with special projects or ad hoc functions as needed. Maintain a clear line of communication between personal and professional matters.

Key Requirements :



DES/PSC/Degree/Diploma holder.

7-10 years of experience as Special Officer / PA

to C-level in any industry. Vast experiences in handling a wide range of personal errands / ad hoc matters.

High level of common sense, sensitive to details with high accuracy, confidentiality, and trustworthiness at work

. Excellent command in English ! Possess own transport & able to travel within Klang Valley (run errands) Ability to

standby for call 24 hours, including weekend

. Permanent vacancy based in KL - Bangsar area.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
