Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data analytics solutions, including data warehouses, reporting systems, and analytics dashboards, to support business intelligence needs.
• Perform data analysis to extract insights and trends from large datasets and create reports and dashboards to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
• Oversee data integration processes, data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) operations to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
• Managing metadata for data sources, transformation processes, and data definitions to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Ability to manage, track, and facilitate the repository of developed report & dashboard for report centralization to avoid duplicate effort on report & dashboard development and lifecycle management
• Ensure that data handling practices comply with security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with senior management to align data analytics initiatives with the organization\'s strategic objectives.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support revenue growth and operational efficiency.
• Periodic reporting of task/project status and escalation of issues as and when required.

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science / IT / Electrical & Electronic / Telecommunication or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-7 years in data engineering, business intelligence, or data analytics, with a substantial portion of that experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools, SQL, database technologies (Postgresql, MSSQL, Oracle), and data visualization tools (PowerBI).
• Basic knowledge of the telecommunications industry and data sources.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Able to work with cross functional teams on requirements gathering, development, testing and delivery of work.
• Flexible and adaptable - capable of changing direction where required and showing flexibility to meet new demands.
• Bonus with experience in Python programming language
