Responsible for planning, monitoring, and supervising catering management, including catering facilities and catering services at Infineon Melaka.
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role

• Act as the liaison between the Company and the appointed Cafeteria Operators to ensure the smooth operation of all cafeterias in the plant. Plan, coordinate, and organize the monthly cafeteria audit, and organize monthly meetings between the Cafeteria Committee and the Cafeteria Operators.
• Conduct quarterly Cafeteria Performance Reviews together with the Cafeteria Committee. Routinely conduct cafeteria satisfaction surveys.
• Ensure cafeteria compliance with local authority and Ministry of Health requirements, and liaise with government bodies on cafeteria-related matters.
• Prepare and update specifications governing the processes and operations of catering services.
• Lead and implement improvements to cafeteria processes and systems.
• Manage the cafeteria operations and maintenance budget, including monitoring related expenditures.

Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food & Beverage Management, Food Science, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of relevant experience in business administration or cafeteria management/services.
• Ability to collaborate with other functions (e.g., IT, Procurement, HR) to lead and execute process improvements and upgrades.
• Strong knowledge of Food and Hygiene regulations and other relevant standards.
• Proficient in 5S implementation and solid understanding of catering management practices.
• Good knowledge of kitchen technology and capacity planning.
