PRIMARY FUNCTION:

Able to work independently and identify opportunities to business partner and the brands to achieve higher financial performance for the Affiliate.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

A. Ensure Customer Growth

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for on-going review of monthly Net/retail Sales and Profit & Loss performance

\xc2\xb7 Highlight over or under spending areas for prompt follow up by Brand Managers

\xc2\xb7 Track actual performance against budget/forecast

\xc2\xb7 Play an innovative and active role in providing financial advice and assistance to brands on their business issues.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to communicate financial perspective on business issues to brands in their language

\xc2\xb7 Identify the business financial needs and design information system to provide relevant business information on a timely basis

\xc2\xb7 Constantly improving the presentation of management information to the business.

\xc2\xb7 Good knowledge of the business environment and able to provide an independent evaluation of brands financial forecast, and assessment of financial

risk or opportunities

\xc2\xb7 Perform competitor watch and market trending so as to highlight risk and opportunities in Store ranking and market share

B. Manage Operational Effectiveness

\xc2\xb7 Discuss and review monthly Profit & Loss estimates and sales commentaries with Brand Managers and ensure timely and accurate reporting

\xc2\xb7 Prepare presentations for Retailers and internal Management

\xc2\xb7 Manage Corporate and Regional performance Reporting

\xc2\xb7 Work with brands to develop their store targets

\xc2\xb7 Manage Annual budget process

\xc2\xb7 Manage monthly Estimate process. Assist brands in achieving projected Sales and controlling Expenditure
