WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Play a major role in the Digital Security Team to support the Cyber Security Platform Operations

Experience in managing Cyber security Products.

Strong IT skills and knowledge including Infrastructure, Application and Network.

Support regular organization wide audits to ensure security practices are compliant.

Work with BCM Team to set up a disaster recovery/business continuity plan and support yearly DR drill.

Implementing security improvements, Perform research, testing, evaluation, and deployment of security technology and procedures.

Responsible for various tasks such as process re-engineering and documentation.

Advanced understanding of TCP/IP, common networking ports and protocols, traffic flow, system administration, OSI model.

Keep Management informed by preparing performance reports, communicating system status.

Experience with vulnerability scanning solutions.

In-depth knowledge of architecture, engineering, and operations of at least one enterprise SIEM platform.

Ability to manage the EDR and AV products in the estate.

Strong understanding of ITIL process i.e., Incident, Change Problem, Major Problem Management.

Understanding of Authentication protocols like Kerberos, SAML, LDP, MFA, OAuth and OIDC.

Proficient on these Cyber Security principal areas.

Endpoint Protection - Antivirus, HIPS, EDR

SIEM and Threat Monitoring Solutions.

Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux and Cloud.

SIEM / Data Integration experience

COTS Security Hardening - Gold Images, ProofPoint, Exchange Online Protection, Threat Gateways

Vulnerability Management - CIS Benchmarks, MITRE ATT&CK Framework

Manage and troubleshoot issues related to application, ensure stakeholder management for potential issues on Cyber Security applications and tools.

Coordinate within stakeholders to ensure there is at least 95% compliance on deployment of agents and their updates

Drive integration of multiple tools such as ProofPoint, Zscaler, SOAR and endpoint EDR solution.

Job Requirements :

Minimum 3+ years of experience in Information Security and experience leading a team of Security Professionals

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer engineering, Information Systems or a related field.

Knowledge on cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or AliCloud

Experience working closely with Security Operations Centers, Incident Response, Architecture / systems engineering.

Basic knowledge on automation/configuration management using either Puppet, Chef or Ansible

Solid problem solving and analytical skills; able to quickly digest issues encountered and recommend an appropriate solution.

Experience applying cybersecurity best practices in cloud-based services

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively communicate and present across all levels of the Company
