What you\'ll be doing: Attend Customer inquiries via Voice and non-voice Channels. Provide Customer Services include managing complaints, providing general information and troubleshoot customer service related problems / feedback in a professional and timely manner in accordance with the Organization Service Standards. Report directly to the Lead, Contact Centre of Global Services Centre which operates 24/7 rotational shifts Some of the responsibilities are: To attend all incoming calls and respond to customer\'s emails To ensure the provision of professional and timely customer service to customers, ensuring familiarity within all areas of the Contact Centre - Hotel room reservations, Lounge reservations and Guest services Manage and resolve customer complaints Identify and escalate issues to Supervisors Meet and exceed quality goals, compliance regulations and productivity targets Document necessary information About You: The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a diversified, fast-paced and collaborative environment with excellent interpersonal skills: Able to commit to rotational shift working hours including Midnight Shift, Weekends and Public Holiday Excellent soft skills and good command of written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Able to speak Cantonese / Mandarin is added advantage) The ability to work in a fast paced environment as well as multitask, and re-prioritize on regular basis. Strong interpersonal, communication and listening skills. Customer-service mindset with strong sense of responsibility A team player with willingness to learn and drive to achieve Computer literacy in MS applications SPM or higher tertiary education At least 1 year of relevant experience within a Contact Centre environment and/or customer service experience Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
