The Refinitiv Due Diligence (RDD) team employs more than 470 people around the world in centers in Panama, China, India, Malaysia, Jordon, and Poland. We provide our customers with research and business insights that enable them to handle reputational and legal risks to make conscious business decisions. Our clients look to us to provide comprehensive third-party risk management solutions and robust technology to support their business needs. The Research Consulting Team (RCT) within the Due Diligence team is focused on quality by reviewing reports for high priority clients. We also take a critical look at the processes and procedures to evoke meaningful change in our reports and research methodology.
Role purpose:
Support the communication and coordination of RDD reports ordered for Initial Public Offering
To be involved in resource management/scheduling with RDD Regional Leads, Sales & Marketing, as well as clients
Identify areas of improvement and propose practical changes to the Pre-sales, research, delivery and post-delivery stages
Role outputs:
You will undertake the role of a key facilitator as a crucial member of the IPO Team under the Research Consultancy Team by:
Ensuring all communications relating to project kick-off, clarification from internal parties to clients as well as vice versa are handled promptly, professionally, and completely
Follow-up on the above communications, whenever required
Reviewing questions/comments from clients and reframe them (if necessary) so that it is clearer to the receiving party internally
Reviewing questions/comments from internal parties before sending out to clients to ensure all avenues have been considered before we reach out
Discuss resource management with RDD Regional Leads and gauge their concerns/proposals and communicate to Head of Research Consultancy Team with insights/suggestions for next steps (to be provided by RCT IPO Research Consultant)

Report to the Head of Research Consultancy Team
Interact with colleagues from other functions such as Sales, Research, Client Enablement and others as part of your role
Role requirements:
You should be able to demonstrate evidence of the following:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Finance / Accountancy / Banking / Linguistics / Languages / Business Studies / Administration / Management / Commerce / Journalism or equivalent
Strong command of English and native or full working professional proficiency in Mandarin, as the role requires dealing with Mandarin-speaking clients & counterparts
At least 2 years' experience in due diligence or third party risk management
Strong research skills
Applying critical thinking to analyse issues
Paying attention to detail and delivering activities on time
Processing qualitative data and solving problems
Leading multiple tasks and activities at a time
Well-developed communication skills, in particular questioning and listening skill
Experience of working in Microsoft applications at intermediate level
Able to work effectively independently as well as in a team environment
Command of any other South East Asian language will be an advantage
