Job Summary:

This role is responsible for translating business and technical requirements into effective architectural solutions across SAP systems, middleware, and core platforms. The focus is on delivering scalable SAP solutions to support global finance processes in a multinational manufacturing environment, working collaboratively with both Business and IT stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive SAP strategy and business capability roadmaps to support finance process transformation initiatives. Guide and mentor SAP Business Analysts, including overseeing change requests and prioritization. Design and deliver end-to-end SAP solutions aligned with business objectives, ensuring consistency and quality throughout implementation. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process gaps and capture new requirements. Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP finance-related processes. Recommend system enhancements and process improvements, assess potential risks, and support solution adoption across IT and business teams. Provide architectural support for projects, enhancements, and change management processes. Review and translate business and technical requirements into solutions; support development, testing, and deployment phases. Promote the use of SAP best practices and escalate architectural concerns when necessary. Develop documentation, solution diagrams, and technical artifacts to support recommendations. Support solution recommendation and gap remediation based on available SAP capabilities. Evaluate external vendors and ensure adherence to architecture and compliance standards. Collaborate with Business Analysts to resolve complex enhancement requests. Support SAP BPC and BW reporting and consolidation processes. Provide technical insights to support prioritization and alignment with business objectives. Contribute to the Strategic Portfolio Review (SPR) process to ensure alignment with business cases and long-term goals.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior SAP/ERP functional, architecture, or consulting role, ideally in a manufacturing environment. Proven experience in SAP solution design, delivery, and full lifecycle implementation. Broad cross-functional expertise in modules such as Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (OTC), Corporate Finance, Costing, Tax, Treasury, and Transfer Pricing. Solid understanding of SAP BW and SAP BPC with exposure to financial consolidation and FP&A processes in global settings. Strong written, verbal, and facilitation skills. Capable of influencing and negotiating effectively to resolve business and technical challenges.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
