Job descriptions:

Export Control (EC)

• Compliance to national and international Export Control laws and regulations.
• Keep up-to-date with EC Regulations by attending relevant internal and external export control trainings.
• Raise general awareness on Export Control topics within the Company.
• Assist in the classification of products according to export control requirements (European Export Control Regulations, Malaysia Strategic Trade Act (2010), U.S. Commerce Control List and others).
• Support and review End-Use and End-User Controls checks.
• Apply for export licenses with the authorities if national licenses are required and process export licenses to fulfil licensing requirements.
• Review and process Non-Standard shipments (NOSTAS) on Export Control requirements.
• Prepare for external audit by Infineon HQ and government authorities.

• Freight bill verification preparation
• Freight invoice verification and classification (financial coding)
• Freight invoice approval and submission handling
• Extract and deliver shipping report to Finance controller to determine the freight cost allocation key.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Supply Chain Management or relevant. Preferable1-2 years working experience in trade compliance
• Fresh graduate is also encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access etc)
• Strong communication and good interpersonal skill.
• Ability to work independently with good analytical skill and under minimum supervision.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver on tight deadlines.
• High integrity, pleasant personality with a positive attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
