In this position you will play a vital role in managing, implementing & optimizing email marketing campaigns & activities that deliver upon set business objectives. On top of those, the incumbent oversees the definition & implementation of the digital marketing journey for specific marketing acquisition campaigns generating incremental business revenue & market share for the company. This position requires knowledge of the Marketing automation & email marketing industry to coordinate with the global digital & regional team. What benefits and opportunities does Ansell offer Competitive compensation, including a performance-based annual incentives Flexible and hybrid schedule An inclusive and collaborative environment that values diversity and fosters an international culture Ansell University programs to develop professional and interpersonal skills Opportunities to advance and grow within the company What your role will be Collaborating with our cross functional teams, and reporting to the Manager, you will have the opportunity to: Provide analysis and basic reporting on digital projects/campaigns and placements and email marketing campaigns Manage the development, implementation and execution of email marketing campaigns, including commercial and product communication updates (including both internal & external communications) by working closely with APAC Industrial teams Implement all Dynamic Content creations for translated communications in Adobe Marketo Keep abreast of new technologies and digital marketing trends and implement these new technologies to enhance brand awareness in the digital space Support and execute the B2B digital demand generation strategy, including development with all inbound and outbound tactics, including emails, landing pages, forms and workflows. Generate demand and build pipeline through effective planning and execution of marketing automation software. Evaluate & analyze the performance of email marketing & marketing automation campaigns and work together with regional marketing team on recommendations & continuous optimizations for campaigns for better performance and higher ROI Manage leads routing processes in Adobe Marketo related digital marketing campaigns including email campaigns, social media, paid media, events and others Manage the creation of marketing landing pages in Adobe Marketo for APAC & set up of related assets Maintain regional database in Adobe Marketo, manage the data uploads following specific set of templates (control data uploads to ensure data quality of contacts & customers data within the system is maintained) Provide analysis and reporting on digital projects/campaigns and placements and email campaigns with recommendations on optimizations Evaluate the end-to-end customer experience to identify and execute marketing automation campaigns that drive customer acquisition, maximize revenue, and improve retention What will you bring to Ansell 3 to 5 years of experience in Marketing Automation/Marketing Operations with a strong emphasis on demand generation or email marketing automation. Experience with Digital marketing technology, including a high degree of competency with marketing automation, CRM applications and graphic design software is a plus Extended expertise of email marketing automation tactics Strong hands-on experience of Marketo or similar marketing automation platform (Hubspot, Eloqua, Pardot etc.) Any other Marketing automation platform knowledge is a plus Knowledge of Salesforce.com & other CRM systems is a plus Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) Understanding of both traditional and digital media, with experience collaborating/ working alongside media and PR agencies Experience measuring performance, creating dashboards, and drawing insights for further optimization Highly articulate with an excellent command of written English, and proficiency in Chinese Mandarin is a plus Join us to lead the world to a safer future, apply today!
