Specialist, Merchant Technical SupportThis position is for a leading SEA payment service provider that offers omni-channel payment solutions, allowing merchants to accept local and international payments through credit and debit cards, bank channels (ATMs, iBanking and mBanking) and cash acceptance via payment counters.Reporting to the Director, Malaysia, this role will offer an opportunity for you to broaden your knowledge and skills related to e-Commerce payment solutions as you will be tasked to lead payment gateway integrations, to provide technical support to clients by understanding their payment processing requirements and designing appropriate solutions and to maneuver internally to obtain the development resources necessary to meet merchant needs. This role will work closely with internal and external stakeholders locally and regionally which includes business partners, third party vendors and development teams to design and deliver IT solutions that enable the e-Commerce business unit to achieve results.:
