Job Description

In your new role you will: Acts as support and service provider for Procurement related processes, methods or projects. Is responsible for service/good delivery according to service level/KPI. Drive the quotation processes, define evaluation criteria, identify and select suppliers, execute the evaluation process, refine and validate sourcing and purchasing options, manage buy-in of key stakeholders Applies and optimizes/automates processes or performs services based on a framework, to ensure compliance with internal and external rules and regulations. Reporting of results monthly/quarterly to control the measurable activities against the planned figures. Interacts with relevant stakeholders in- and outside PROC e.g. process owners, partner functions (e.g. IT, ACT, BC) or suppliers to ensure best in class service or support. Interdisciplinary working group/project work to inform oneself, exert influence accordingly and optimize internal processes and procedures. Recommend process improvements and develops continuous improvement tools Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor Degree in Business Management or Supply Chain Management or a related field Relevant experience in SAP , Ariba or other tools is preferred High level of inter-personal skill for internal and external communication Benefits What we offer you in Melaka Melaka is our biggest production site wordwide with more than 7000 employees.
