In your new role you will:

• Supports the phase-in of suppliers onto our eProcurement applications eg: Supplier Lifecycle management (SLM) tool, SAP solution and follow up with suppliers to ensure that they are taking ownership of their network accounts and ultimately able to transact with Infineon.
• Ensuring quality and effectiveness of the Supplier Master Data Maintenance processes
• Work on automation, benchmarking and data analysis but also support and execute operational tasks eg: Create and maintain Supplier Master Data in the SLM solution and SAP ERP system
• Maintain appropriate files, documents and reports regarding the Purchase to Order process handled in SLM tool to SAP solution
• Advice and troubleshoot supplier related issues and miscellaneous administrative tasks related to suppliers
• Conduct training session, stakeholder communication on new guidelines and processes from Business Process Owner.
• Create, monitor and follow upon KPI reports for all countries served.

Your profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A degree in Business Administration, Economics, IT or equivalent field of studies
• Fresh entry (experience in Procurement/IT environment will be an added advantage)
• 1-3 years of similar work experience preferred but not required
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools, Excel (Macro), PowerPoint, and Outlook, supplier lifecycle management solution and SAP S/4 is preferred
• Experience with data analysis and processes and an end-to-end view
• Interest in process automation
• Change management skills and analytical thinking
• Proactive personality with a sense of urgency and attention to detail at all times
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrates the highest standards of professional behavior in dealing with stakeholders
• Fluency in English (mandatory). Speak, read, and write fluently in Chinese
