In your new role you will: Supports the phase-in of suppliers onto our eProcurement applications eg: Supplier Lifecycle management (SLM) tool, SAP solution and follow up with suppliers to ensure that they are taking ownership of their network accounts and ultimately able to transact with Infineon. Ensuring quality and effectiveness of the Supplier Master Data Maintenance processes Work on automation, benchmarking and data analysis but also support and execute operational tasks eg: Create and maintain Supplier Master Data in the SLM solution and SAP ERP system Maintain appropriate files, documents and reports regarding the Purchase to Order process handled in SLM tool to SAP solution Advice and troubleshoot supplier related issues and miscellaneous administrative tasks related to suppliers Conduct training session, stakeholder communication on new guidelines and processes from Business Process Owner. Create, monitor and follow upon KPI reports for all countries served. Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: A degree in Business Administration, Economics, IT or equivalent field of studies Fresh entry (experience in Procurement/IT environment will be an added advantage) 1-3 years of similar work experience preferred but not required Good knowledge of MS Office tools, Excel (Macro), PowerPoint, and Outlook, supplier lifecycle management solution and SAP S/4 is preferred Experience with data analysis and processes and an end-to-end view Interest in process automation Change management skills and analytical thinking Proactive personality with a sense of urgency and attention to detail at all times Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Demonstrates the highest standards of professional behavior in dealing with stakeholders Fluency in English (mandatory).
