The role
Recruitment consultant role including sourcing and placing candidates
Providing solutions to clients and support hiring projects
Assist clients with interview arrangement and managing the full recruitment process
Sourcing and profiling candidates for interview
Maintain existing client relationships and develop new pipelines of talent and clients
Able to use social media and to network
Requirements to succeed
Able to work independently with drive and passionate about recruitment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to handle challenges and strive to meet targets
