Responsible in preparation of CP invest for capacity ramp up to meet committed capacity ramp timeline. Responsible in key interface to Segment Operation to support Operation to achieve capacity balancing and alignment on committed capacity to meet TCR cost and growth sustenance. Use analytical skills and systemic thinking to evaluate and resolve capacity and resource optimization to meet cost and Division Demand to Revenue (DtR). Responsible for weekly short-term capacity (PP) to meet weekly delivery commitment to meet Division demand fulfillment and revenue target. Close collaboration with Segment Operation, FIN, and IE to focus on delivery stability and commitment, capacity planning and balancing. Responsible for high analytical and systematic skill to improve capacity planning by using BE CPL and iBID with accurate master data setup. Your ProfileYou are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor of degree in Industrial Engineering & Business Management from recognized University. Minimum 1-2 years of related experience in planning / industrial engineering field is preferable. Effective detailed analysis skill & fully utilization of data in planning. Basic understanding of product / package / process. Basic understanding in IE methodology & tools (i.e., UPH, OEE, etc.). Tableau system knowledge and Marco programing is an advantage.
