Job Responsibilities
  • Support sales team.
  • Follow up delivery schedule with customer & suppliers.
  • Prepare Quotation, Purchase Order, Delivery Order , Invoices and related documentation.
  • Attend to customer enquiries & daily quotations.
  • Assist Finance Department in furnishing the documents required by auditor.
  • Answer and follow up on all phone call and emails.
  • Update and manage customer database and documentation.
  • Other administrative & ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
