Support the implementation of the stakeholder engagement and community relations strategies in operating area.
Be a focal point of contact for local stakeholders in operating area.
Be a focal point for Local complaint and issue handling.
2. Principal Accountabilities
Arrange and organize visits, meetings, presentations, discussions, with stakeholders in operating area, such as villagers, heads of communities, local authorities, and media, as well as coordinate with authorities or persons in charge of the premise for the preparedness of venue and materials for those events and activities as per required by the operations.
Pay regular visits, alone or with superiors, to local communities to gather information on community\'s needs and concerns, and to relay Company\'s messages, activities, or plans.
Be focal point for local query, complaint and issue handling related to PTTEP Lang Lebah Operations.
Facilitate VIP Stakeholders on their visit /request.
2.1 Principal Accountabilities (Cont\'d)
Update and maintain a complete database of all key local stakeholders and ensure that the information is accurate.
Assist Superior in maintaining accurate records of stakeholder engagement activities.
Provide data and information on a regular basis to Superior to support the reporting of the stakeholder engagement activities and issues to Management.
Implement Stakeholder Engagement Projects in order to enhance PTTEP\'s reputation and strengthen relationship with local communities.
Provide materials and Coordinate with Communication Team for preparing news releases of company\'s ER events in a timely manner.
Be focal point for grant and donation process.
Support the PTTEP Lang Lebah CSR Projects implementation where required.
3. Professional Knowledge & Experiences
Diploma or Degree in social science and any related fields or equivalent with experiences
3-5 years\' experience in related fields for Degree holder and 7-8 years for Diploma holder or equivalent with 15 experiences in related field

Have strong understanding in related local regulations, laws, government organization structure and interconnected authorities for large scale projects of offshore and onshore facilities.
Thorough understanding of project life cycle, the risks and the technical/commercial issues associated with the development of oil and gas projects.
Stakeholder Management skills - Proven ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external parties.
Very good in communication, coordination and organizing skills with ability to work with minimal supervision and liaise effectively and efficiently with other in company and related stakeholders.

Demonstrate high level of interpersonal skills, integrity and problem solving in complex project and business environments.
Ability to mobilize to work in remote areas and at project areas.
Ability to operate PC efficiently.

Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Experience in executing any medium to large scale EPC project in Sarawak area is mandatory.
Hands-on experience in large scale Oil and Gas project in Sarawak is preference.
Sarawakian candidates are desirable or used to working in Sarawak.
