Job Description

Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including interview scheduling, communication with candidates, offer letter preparation, data maintenance in SAP, and organizing onboarding programs.
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role

Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including interview scheduling, communication with candidates, offer letter preparation, data maintenance in SAP, and organizing onboarding programs.
Liaise with internal departments and external parties such as recruitment agencies, banks, and EPF to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery while handling employee inquiries professionally and maintaining data privacy.
Support HR projects and perform additional duties within the HR Service Centre according to business needs.

Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field, preferably in Human Resources or Business-related studies.
0-1.5 years of relevant working experience.
For candidates with a Diploma, a minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience is required.
Proficient in computer systems, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and HR systems such as SAP, GMDS, Umantis, and EightFold.
Strong knowledge of customer service and public relations methods, with the ability to communicate effectively and inform the Manager of potential issues.
Good problem-solving and organizational skills; fast learner with the ability to acquire new skills quickly.

Note: 1-year renewable contract under 3rd party payroll partner and entitled to benefits according to the partner company.
