Role Responsibilities

This role will be part of the central Transformation, Technology & Operations (TTO) Communication & Engagement (C&E) Delivery team.

Reporting to the Lead, C&E Delivery, the role will be required to support the TTO C&E team and TTO stakeholders with communication materials such as intranet sites, e-posters, campaign branding, email design, video as well as anything that is effectively related to providing online and creative design services

The role is also part of the TTO C&E Delivery team that will act as a Centre of Excellence (CoE) for providing centralised Content Development, Event Management, Channel Management and Creative Design.

Additionally, the role is part of the broader TTO C&E team that reports to the TTO Chief of Staff, with an additional matrix reporting to the Global Head of TTO Communications, Change and Innovation.

Strategy:

  • Responsible for the overall user experience and customer service journey for CoE products being rolled out.
  • Measure the success of CoE products using insights and analytics and adjust approach to meet organisational objectives.
Business:
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, end user / stakeholder communications and project rollouts by providing centralised communications services such as:
  • Building and designing informative and user-friendly intranet sites, SharePoint sites and / or Confluence pages
  • Providing design tasks that could include PowerPoint presentations, user guides, marketing materials, FAQs, graphics, infographics, e-posters, campaign branding, email design, and animations for presentations and online campaigns etc.
  • Creating engaging video content to support the delivery of key messages to reach target audiences.
  • Supporting all aspects of communications provided by the TTO C&E Delivery team such as Content Development, Event Management, Channel Management (for example intranet pages / spaces as well as Distribution Lists) and Creative Design.
  • Understand TTO business requirements and translate data into effective visual content.
  • Use best practices and principles to create high quality materials that tell stories through simple impactful design and video.
  • Proactively engage and work with the TTO C&E team and internal stakeholders within Group, Business or Region domains for TTO.

  • Accountable to risk control owners and / or Group policy owners for the implementation of policies and control standards set by them, ensuring compliance, and operating within risk tolerance and risk appetite and building a culture of good conduct.
Risk Management:
  • Identify, report, and escalate issues, risks, business intelligence to leadership.
Governance:
  • Apply the corporate brand standards consistently across all online and creative services, ensuring compliance with Corporate Affairs, Brand and Marketing (CABM) guidelines.
  • Ensure that tone of voice, messaging, and behaviours are aligned with the corporate narrative when we engage and communicate internally and externally.

Other Responsibilities:
  • Serve on communications related working groups and committees as needed.
  • Take on special assignments to support TTO C&E and TTO CABM priorities as needed.
Our Ideal Candidate:
  • We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful self-starter who can hit the ground running, and who thrives in fast paced environments.
  • 4+ years of professional design experience with an agency or major corporate.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Photoshop, HTML5 and / or Illustrator for creating custom graphics, infographics, wireframe, and User Interface (UI) for business presentations.
  • Ability to take complex ideas and turn them into simple, understandable designs.
  • Solid visual design expertise in typography, layout, colour, and branding.
  • Experience developing engaging video content.
  • Knowledge and understanding of best practices on User Experience (UX) / UI Design, User-flows / Storyboards / Sitemaps.
  • Collaborative and creative problem solver with sharp attention to detail.
  • Comfort working on high volume productions within short timelines.
  • Strong emphasis on multi-tasking and the ability to prioritise workload while managing multiple stakeholders across multiple locations.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision across a geographically dispersed team and deliver on commitments.
