Job Description

What you will do:

The Web Author will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to develop/publish high quality error-free web pages for the Association.

What your tasks will look like:

• Partner with key stakeholders, including product and solutions marketing, creative, and web development teams to develop and publish a broad range of digital content
• Create, update, and maintain webpages (or tweak the layouts)
• Partner with external agencies including SEO, design, and development partners on various projects including landing pages, technical development, and optimization (as required)
• Proactively recommend creative solutions, enhancements and uncover opportunities that align to business objectives with technical capabilities
• Drive results and best practice improving site visitor experience through proactive recommendations on content.
• Conduct content audits to identify gaps and redundancies in the site content
• Source and sometimes edit images and videos

What we are looking for:

• Mid senior level of experience working with one or more CMS systems
• Able to communicate confidently and clearly with a variety of stakeholders
• Technically minded, with an understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other web technologies
• Strong experience of using a variety of Content Management Systems
• Logical and analytical, with an ability to spot patterns, gaps and repetitions in web content
