We are seeking a dedicated individual to play a vital role in developing, implementing, and managing our Health and Safety Management Systems to uphold ResMed\'s commitment to workplace safety.Lets talk about the rolePerform routine professional-based activities, including overseeing Health and Safety, Workers Compensation, Injury Management, and Accidents and injuries investigation.Contribute to and manage projects aimed at enhancing workplace safety practices and policies.Provide advice and direction in primary areas of expertise related to occupational safety and health.Manage hazard identification and incident reporting processes to proactively address potential risks.Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards, maximizing organizational risk resilience.Build productive internal and external working relationships, occasionally leading project teams and providing formal training to junior staff.Lets talk about youRequired:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree holder in Occupational Safety & Health or a related science field, with certification as a Safety Coordinator.

Preferred:

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in occupational safety and health.
• Developing professional expertise, with the ability to apply company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of workplace safety issues.
• Green book holder
