Governance *
Role Responsibilities The Data and Privacy Transformation Programme, within Group COO \xe2\x80\x93 Trust, Data & Resilience, aims to uplift existing data & privacy processes and controls and to improve customer experience. This role will involve working with the various Business and Functions teams, with 2nd line Compliance colleagues and technology to design, implement & operationalise capabilities for robust, streamlined and customer centric Data & Privacy management. The Spl\'st, Solution Design will be a key member of DPTP Technology Team and responsible for solution architecture of the applications. The role holder will form a key part of a fast-paced, ambitious, delivery programme. RESPONSIBILITIES* Stategy*
  • Come up with a solution architecture using Bank standards and design patterns.
  • Ensure scalable, sustainable Privacy solutions in an agile delivery method.
  • Ensure all software components are secure and as per Bank security standards.
  • Adhere to governance and standards and ensure alignment with framework patterns.
  • Ensure solution meets security requirements, perform threat modelling to identify required security controls
  • Manage work on tools/modules deliverables from installation to completion as per project timelines
  • Brainstorm and suggest design solutions based on user/product requirements.
  • Contribute towards an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
Business*
  • Partner with stakeholders to capture requirements and deliver solutions \xe2\x80\x93 deep understanding of the problem and context along with ownership are key to be successful in this role.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to make strategic design, new features and functionality.

QUALIFICATIONS* TRAINING, LICENSES, MEMBERSHIPS AND CERTIFICATIONS Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree and a minimum of two years\xe2\x80\x99 professional work experience relevant to the scope of this position; or a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree and a minimum of 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 professional work experience relevant to the scope of this position.
  • Professional work experience must include the following: developing and delivering applications; demonstrated understanding and application of data privacy laws; and working across multiple businesses and stakeholders
  • Data Protection and/or Privacy certification such as, but not limited to, CIPP, CIPT, ISEB is preferred.
