Willing to commit on 5 days work per week and Public Holidays (Rotational 2 off days per week)

Handling all inbound calls, Email, and Live Chat Pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related the company\'s services.
To exceed customer\'s expectation in term of service & accurate information.
Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements SLA.
Troubleshoot technical problems of telecommunication services.
Assist on solving common technical problems.
Provide primary technical advice to customers with practical information and tools.
Manfaat
Monthly Salary: RM3,100 Basic Salary + Night Shift allowance up to RM400 + KPI allowance up to RM500
