Job Summary:

The Sports Crew Customer Service Representative provides exceptional service to customers and fans within a sports environment, ensuring a positive and engaging experience. This role involves assisting with inquiries, handling issues, and supporting various aspects of game-day and event operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Customer Interaction:

Greet and assist customers and fans with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a friendly and professional manner. Provide information about game schedules, seating, and other event-related details. Address and resolve customer issues or complaints promptly and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.

Event Operations Support:

Assist with the setup and management of customer service stations and information booths during events. Coordinate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of game-day activities and services. Monitor and manage customer flow and crowd control, providing assistance as needed.

Ticketing and Admissions:

Handle ticket sales, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies and procedures. Verify tickets and credentials at entry points, ensuring proper access and security. Assist with the management of will-call and group ticket services.

Feedback and Reporting:

Collect and record customer feedback to help improve service quality and event experiences. Report any issues or incidents to the appropriate supervisor or management team. Provide suggestions for enhancing customer service and operational efficiency.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure effective communication and coordination. Participate in training sessions and meetings to stay updated on company policies, procedures, and event details.

Administrative Tasks:

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Assist with various administrative duties as needed, including data entry and report generation.

Qualifications:



High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service or sports management is a plus. 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in a sports or entertainment environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Basic knowledge of sports and familiarity with sports events and terminology is advantageous. Proficiency in using ticketing systems and other relevant software. Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Working Conditions:



Fast-paced environment, particularly during events and peak times. Requires standing for extended periods and interacting with a diverse customer base. Ability to work in various weather conditions if events are held outdoors.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
