Check and manage stock levels
Keep the store clean and organized
Support daily operations and sales activities
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service or sports management is a plus.
2 years of experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in a sports or entertainment environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Basic knowledge of sports and familiarity with sports events and terminology is advantageous.
flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Fast-paced environment, particularly during events and peak times.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
