Oversee day-to-day operations of the Pickleball Courts, ensuring smooth guest flow, safety, and top-quality service.
Supervise and train staff to maintain high service standards, safety protocols, and operational efficiency.
Develop and implement strategies to increase court utilisation, memberships, and visitor numbers.
Coordinate with marketing teams to promote events, tournaments, and pickleball-related programs.
Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure profitability of the facility.
Maintain facility cleanliness, equipment readiness, and compliance with health and safety standards.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive guest experience.
Prepare reports and provide operational updates to the Head of Operations and CEO.
Foster community engagement by building strong relationships with sports clubs, schools, and associations.
Requirements
Strong leadership, people management, and customer service skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Minimum 3 years of experience in managing sports facilities, gyms, studios (e.g., pilates, badminton, fitness centres), or hospitality/entertainment venues.
Proven ability to handle fast-paced, dynamic environments with problem-solving and adaptability.
Budgeting, reporting, and operations management experience.
Enthusiasm for sports and recreation, with a strong customer-centric mindset.
