Job Description

- Listening to customers\' concern and handling complaints and returns products
- Ensure store opening, closing and sales transaction
- Monitoring customer satisfaction levels
- Communicating with customers in-person regarding the customers needed
- Giving detailed explanations of services and products
- Have EXPERIENCE in CUSTOMER SERVICES (any industry) or RETAIL FASHION/SPORTS (added advantages)
- Good problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Good communication skills with basic knowledge in English and Bahasa Malaysia including written and verbal communication
- Patience, empathy and professionalism
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs
- Ipoh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- Are you willing to work on shift, weekend and public holiday?
- STM/STPM (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred)
