Job Overview

We're looking for a Spray Technician who takes pride in quality work and teamwork! You'll be responsible for spraying and refurbishing IT equipment such as notebooks, motherboards and other components, ensuring each unit looks and works like new before sending it to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and prepare equipment before spraying (remove dust, glue, and stickers). Spray and touch up equipment surfaces according to order type and priority (ROC / SO / RMA). Handle all items carefully to prevent damage. Pack refurbished units properly using the right protective materials. Label and check each item to ensure it matches the order form. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation. Ensure flammable materials (paint, thinner, etc.) are stored in the correct area. Record daily progress and report any issues or delays to the supervisor. Share ideas to improve work quality and efficiency. Work closely with the production team to meet daily targets.

Requirements

Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification. Able to follow instructions and SOPs carefully. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Responsible, disciplined and reliable. Able to work well in a team environment. Basic computer knowledge is an advantage (for simple data updates). Willing to learn and continuously improve skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Fresh graduates or those with minimal experience in refurbishing IT equipment are encouraged to apply.
