To propose spray process method to improve quality and efficiency to meet company standard.
Ensure that all tasks assigned are properly arranged.
Carry out spray process such as pre-treatment, preparation, polishing wet paint, powder paint, paint touch up and etc.
To coordinate and solve any technical problem within your knowledge in order to get the job done on time.
To plan spray process, estimate, hours and schedule in their department.
To prepare weekly progress report for management review.
To train subordinates assigned in term of technical aspect and day to day operation of the spray parts.
Responsible for spray part with efficiency.
To control the highest quality of spray products produced.
Maintaining of spray equipment and arranging for service when required.
To ensure the working surrounding is kept clean and safe.
To maintain cleanliness of the spray booth and equipment.
Any other responsibilities assigned by Superior from time to time.
Requirements:-
SPM/Certificate
2 years experiences
Experience in Painting preparation
Experience in Painting process
Knowledge in Painting defect
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
